After driving the majority of the day to finally find a good quality location rich in quarts deposited from glaciers many years ago. Using a sluice box, gold pan, hand suction dredge, and the good ole' pick and shovel, they manage to eek out a couple very fine gold flakes. Although they only found a few small flakes it is always fun getting out to search for it!
